This recipe is great for company. It smells heavenly and looks amazing. It is so easy and so fast, you’ll find this will be one of your “go-to” recipes.
Ingredients:
- 1 14 to 16 pound fully cooked, smoked ham on the bone or semi bone
- You can use any size ham, if you use a smaller one, cut the amounts in the glaze accordingly
- 1 cup orange marmalade
- 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 large orange zested
- 1/4 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Place ham in roasting pan. In a food processor add the remaining ingredients and pulse until mixed well, but bits of orange peel remain visible. Pour glaze over ham and bake for 1 hour or until glaze is nicely browned and ham is heated through. This can be served hot or at room temperature.
